REFUND POLICY

FOOD & BEVERAGES (Reservations)

All reservations made are paid in full upon confirmation. 8uzzMy users who wish to cancel their reservation are required to do so at least 72 HOURS** before reservation time and a refund of minimum 70% will be issued.

**Does not apply to special events, international acts, discounted items, promotional items, packages, birthdays, public holiday eve and public holidays.

FOOD & BEVERAGES (On the spot)

NO REFUNDS. ALL PURCHASES MADE ARE FINAL.

E-TICKETING (CANCELLED/POSTPONED)

The Refund is ONLY for 8uzzMy users who purchased their ticket(s) from 8uzzMy app/website. Customers / Users who purchased their ticket(s) directly from the Event Organiser, Promoter Team, should contact them directly for refunds.

Payment made by Credit Card or PayPal will be refunded by to the same Credit Card or PayPal Account.

Payment made by Cash will be refunded by bank-in to the given Local Bank Account.

E-TICKETING (GENERAL)

To be entitled for a MINIMUM (50%) refund, user must provide credible proof and/or reason for not being able to be make it to the event. All refund requests must be made AT LEAST (14) WORKING DAYS before event date.

Commonly accepted reasons :

1. Death of an immediate relative

2. Personal injury.

3. Cancelled Flight due to weather/unforeseen circumstances.

4. Sickness.

Unaccepted reasons :

1. Missed flights.

2. Examinations.

3. Any excuses without supporting documents.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN (4) WEEKS FROM APPROVAL DATE. REFUND WILL BE IN THE FORM OF BANK TRANSFER TO THE ACCOUNT PROVIDED BY USER DURING CLAIM.
